Technology Investments for Improved Care

We use advanced technology to ensure our CareForce is connected to our office and communication is streamlined to improve care for your loved one, while empowering you to communicate with us and monitor compliance with Care Planning.

Family Portal for Improved Communication
By going to https://swyftops.family you may log into our family portal and review and pay invoices, view the schedule along with care tasks and notes, mileage used, meals provided, as well as the future schedule for your loved one. You may also request additional shifts and message through a HIPAA-compliant system with the care team. The social history section also allows us to get to know your loved one better and you may complete and update it at any time.

State-of-the-Art Scheduling
SwyftOps Caregiver app allows caregivers to keep track of daily caregiving tasks, manage schedules, and provide real-time shift status. This app also functions to update completed tasks, and enter notes about the clients they care for so families stay updated about their loved one’s day. SwyftOps is compliant with state and federal mandates that require Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). This software feature tracks and geolocates when our caregiver arrives at their worksite (your home), and automatically clocks them in and out for their work shift. We can also monitor their trips for errands, social activities, or doctor appointments.

Ongoing Training for Caregivers and Staff
We employ an industry-recognized and State regulatory-compliant training and certification platform: Home Care Pulse (HCP) Training. HCP Training can be accessed by our CareForce members from their smart phones, desktops, and laptops, and contains over 500 courses in post-acute care. This magnitude of courses are organized into many specialty learning paths, including 12 certificates that caregivers and staff may earn, ensuring that your loved one is in good hands. Some of those specialist certificates include Alzheimer’s Association Recognized Alzheimer’s Disease Specialist Training, Infection Control, Preventing Readmission, Diabetes Care, and Restorative Care, to name a few.
