In his previous role as director of administrative services for an organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Rich demonstrated his expertise in social services care planning. Collaborating with service coordination case managers, clients, their families, and care provider professionals, he played a vital role in developing and executing effective care plans. This experience is particularly valuable in the context of Transcendent Care's mission to provide personalized and comprehensive home care services.
