Ashley E. Gaines

President and CEO

Ashley’s journey as the owner of Transcendent Care is deeply rooted in her personal experience and diverse career background.  Her 21-year career in executive leadership positions across various sectors, including higher education, public media, non-profit foundation, economic development, public-private partnerships, and healthcare workforce development, has equipped her with a unique skillset that she now applies to the home care industry.

The founding of Transcendent Care is a result of Ashley’s personal connection to caregiving.  Having recently lost loved ones to debilitating illnesses, dementia-related disorders, and aging-related conditions, she became a primary caregiver for her family members. This firsthand experience has shaped her perspective on the importance of quality care during the final stages of life, emphasizing the significance of maintaining independence, honor, dignity, and respect for seniors.

As the President of Transcendent Care, Ashley embodies a compassionate leadership style.  She firmly believes in the transformative power of home care and asserts that exceptional care can only be provided by one genuinely invested in the well-being and happiness of each individual served.

Ashley is in the process of completing her Master of Business Administration degree, and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Information Management.  In addition to her academic achievements, she holds various credentials, including Certified Senior Care Manager, Certified Home Care Master, and Specialist in Home Care Marketing and Caregiver Recruitment.

These qualifications, combined with her personal experiences, position her as a dedicated and knowledgeable leader in the home care industry.  Her commitment to providing essential and vital services reflects her belief that the final stages of life should be approached with the same care and consideration as the earlier stages.  Transcendent Care, under Ashley’s guidance, aims to offer seniors the independence and respect they deserve, contributing to their overall well-being and happiness.
